Customer StarMap is an English-language guided course for turning your benefit map into a focused customer group, buying reasons and practical messages.

Three stages, one connected workflow

• STAR — Customer Radar: explore 3–5 potential customer groups and choose one to focus on.
• FIRE — Buying Spark: explore 21 possible buying reasons, prioritise seven and develop a value proposition and elevator pitch.
• BLAST — Targeted Messages: create three customer personas within your chosen group, persona-specific messages, content ideas and reusable AI copy briefs.

Put the results to work

The final lesson shows how to use selected results when planning and drafting posts, emails, website copy and ads with AI. Choose one practical task, review the output and learn from real customer feedback.

What you need

A product or service to examine, your completed benefit map and a document in which to save the results. Start with the free Benefit Generator if you do not yet have a benefit map.

What is included

Step-by-step Tevello lessons, preparation and reflection exercises, and guidance for the accompanying AI workflows. Work at your own pace and keep your results together in your own document.

Customer groups, buying reasons and personas are working hypotheses, not verified market research. You decide what to keep and what to test with real people.
