About the service
Customer Radar, Buying Spark and Targeted Messages are free AI-assisted tools by Starfireblast, operated by Kaarne Communication Oy (business ID 2426367-3). They help develop customer-group hypotheses, potential buying reasons, value propositions, fictional customer personas, targeted messages and content ideas from information you provide. Access and separate services
The tool runs in ChatGPT and is subject to OpenAI’s applicable terms and platform availability. These tools do not charge for use or include a checkout. Any Starfireblast course purchase and Tevello course access are separate and subject to the terms presented for that purchase.
Your inputs and results
Only submit information you are entitled to use. Avoid unnecessary personal data and confidential material. You may use and adapt the generated results for your own product descriptions, marketing and business work, subject to applicable law and OpenAI’s terms.
Review every result before relying on it or publishing it. AI can make mistakes or suggest unsupported assumptions. You are responsible for checking that features, benefits and claims accurately describe your offering and that any promises can be supported. Results are not market research or evidence of actual customer demand.
Tool materials
Permission to use your generated results does not grant permission to redistribute or resell Starfireblast’s course materials or the packaged tool instructions.
Availability and rights
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, particular business results or error-free AI output. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
